TextiQ - Textual Intelligence.
Cenceo’s core product is known as TextiQ and it is based on two main technologies. The first is NLP (Natural Language Processing) which forms the key part of understanding the content and emotional intent of textual communications.
The second is Process Management which is sometimes referred to as Workflow Management. In isolation these two technologies do little to enhance the flow of communication into an organisation but when combined into a powerful application like TextiQ they can revolutionise the handling of textual communication within any organisation.
